Our inflatable products are made from weather-resistant materials such as PVC, polyester and nylon. We guarantee excellent outdoor durability, even in wet or windy conditions, as well as color fastness to repeated UV exposure. What’s more, our blower systems are mostly concealed and insulated. As designer and manufacturer, we guarantee resistance to the friction and abrasion associated with normal use.
Maintenance is simple: simply clean with soapy water or directly in the washing machine, depending on size and product, and leave to dry before storing in the bag. It’s important to protect them from sharp objects and store them in a dry place to prolong their life and appearance.
Our products have been developed for public use, and are therefore risk-free. The wide range of materials we offer can be fully customized in color and appearance, and are fire-retardant or fire-approved to European standards.
Yes, our products are designed to be easy to install and dismantle. Each product is supplied with a detailed instruction manual, slipped into the dedicated carry bag. Any doubts during assembly? As a rule, no, since our products are customized and thus become “your” products, designed for your particular sporting event. However, this less costly rental option can be considered – just discuss it with us.
Depending on size, volume and weight, our products are shipped by parcel post, or delivered by us or a professional.
For simple products, we provide a minimum graphic design service using the elements you provide. For more sophisticated products, we’ll work with the graphics service provider of your choice, or with our own graphic designers.
HURRAH is used to working in close collaboration with the technical departments of sports facilities and local authorities. We work closely with stadium managers, rope access technicians, gardeners and other experts to validate and approve our structures. We master all the technical aspects of our know-how, including technical studies, calculation notes and the creation of well-founded technical files.
There are other competitions and other tournaments: our products aren’t used just once. What’s more, we think they’re reusable: we’ll reprint a cover for you, and your ball will be as good as new.
We use plastic materials, most of which have already been recycled. In the event of “end-of-life”, we offer in-house solutions other than simply throwing products in the garbage can. For example, our unused canvas is used to make transport bags for your products. Nothing is lost, everything is transformed.
Before making a mistake, let’s discuss it first. Our products are made from a variety of materials, not all of which can be fully recycled. Many electrical components, such as wind tunnels, can be reused in other projects.
Our products are robustly designed for intensive use, but a snag can happen. Depending on the situation, repairs may be at our expense.

An order can be cancelled at any time, but there may be costs involved. Once the proof has been approved, production begins. Certain costs will be invoiced, such as project management (technical file, plans, location scouting…), graphic design work and the purchase of certain very specific materials. Any printing work begun will be invoiced.
Don’t panic, we’ll find a solution. First of all, check that it’s your product you’ve ordered on the delivery note, as this will be specified on the order form/quotation. Secondly, contact us immediately. As our production facility is located in France, we are able to respond very quickly to urgent requests.

Our inflatable and textile products are printed and assembled in Brittany in a workshop that has been mastering all the techniques for over thirty years. Sturdy, durable and built to last, our products are solid and ready to withstand anything during competition.
With the exception of complex structures, which require technicians (in which case we’ll take care of assembly), all our products are easy to assemble, hoist and deploy. You can do it all yourself: just take them out of the bag, plug the blower into an ordinary electrical outlet (220V). Some captive air products require an external inflator, which we can supply.
Totems, balloons, inflatable signage: they’re all filled with air and therefore very light. So they need to be weighted down, without risk. We offer ground support solutions adapted to your needs and the context of use. As far as possible, we limit the use of guy wires (cords, sardines), which are unsightly, cumbersome, dangerous and therefore unsuitable for public use.
All our products are equipped with new, guaranteed electrical equipment. In the event of failure, we will replace the electrical components within a timeframe consistent with delivery and proper use.
If your totem pole or giant letter doesn’t stand up straight on its own, there’s a problem. Pressure problem? Check that the potentiometer is set to the recommended pressure. Have you opted for a captive air solution? The valve may not be closed properly. All our products are checked and tested before shipment/delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
